FAQ

How do I book a shoot or private guided tour with you & What do you charge?

Simply send me an email via the contact page and we can discuss your needs and requirements as well as pricing.

Do you work internationally?

I work internationally extensively and am willing to travel almost anywhere for shoots.

How do I purchase a print?

Simply follow the selection and checkout process on the gallery store or if you would like a custom order send me an email via the contact page stating the print you are interested in and we can chat in more detail about your needs.

Why is the wildlife gallery the only one with the built in store?

The wildlife gallery contains images that have been carefully edited and sized for standard print formats, so you can order prints easily and have the best experience. Some landscape photos in other galleries don’t fit these standard sizes and dimensions and are only available as custom prints on request. Other galleries marked as portfolio work are not for sale and are included purely for viewing.

What are your print prices?

My print prices range from $950.00 USD to $5000.00 USD, depending on the specific photograph and customisation options. These prices will be displayed in the built in store for your convenience.

For custom orders, pricing and details can be discussed via the contact form.

I’d love to help you find the perfect print.

Where do you ship your prints to?

I ship internationally to most cities around the world.

How are prints packaged?

All prints except those ordered through the store with frames are shipped unframed with a thin sheet of protective paper covering the face of your print before being carefully rolled into a sturdy eco friendly cardboard protective tube for shipping.

For store ordered framed prints they will be covered in protective material to ensure their safety.

What print sizes are available?

I offer prints in a range of standard sizes on my store that you are able to browse through.

For custom orders, please note that final dimensions may vary slightly based on the image’s unique aspect ratio and post-processing. Each custom order print includes a white border to meet the paper size, ensuring the artwork is framed beautifully.

Why I Advocate for Large-Scale Prints:

Magnified Emotion: Large prints immerse the viewer, creating a visceral connection to the scene.

Visual Presence: They command attention, transforming any room into a personal gallery.

Celebration of Detail: Finer textures and technical artistry are best appreciated at scale.

Personal Connection: A larger canvas invites a deeper, more intimate engagement with the subject.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes absolutely, please contact me and I will happily assist with your requirements.

Do you offer framing?

Yes and No.

Yes for prints bought through my store there are options to purchase framed prints there.

No for custom orders, unfortunately I do not frame these. I recommend our buyers contact local picture framers for framing. I will send custom orders rolled up in a protective tube.

What payment methods are available?

Through the store checkout process you can easily pay using a credit or debit card via Paypal without having a PayPal account. When you get to the Paypal payment dialog box, be sure to click “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card”. If you have a PayPal Account you will have the option to pay with that too.

How much does shipping cost & is shipping included in the price?

Every print is meticulously handled, and shipping costs are individually calculated based on the specific destination to provide the most competitive rates worldwide. Please note shipping costs are not included and will be calculated and show up in the checkout process if using the store.

If not using the store and making a custom order I will quote accordingly.

Do prices include Import Tax/GST/VAT?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of South Africa or Australia (Depending on where the print is developed & shipped from at the time of order) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance if any must be fulfilled by the recipient. I as the artist have no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

VAT (Value added tax) / GST (General Sales Tax) is not included in product price thereby preventing double taxation, since the importing country may charge their own taxes.
